Chelsea is my first realtor ever . She helped me buy my first house! ?? I moved from Pennsylvania to Murrells Inlet. Friends of mine helped me search for a house with Chelsea. They put me on video and everything. Chelsea was more than patient with me with negotiations and the seller which in this case wasn't so easy . My sale was alittle more stressful than usual because the seller was a mess and she seller was doing things wrong that was on contract. Chelsea was on top of everything to get things cleaned up.
